Mission: Our mission is to empower patients and caregivers with the information and applications needed to efficiently navigate the healthcare landscape and as a result, to permit better health outcomes through use of our products and services.
I have been working at Remedy Health Media full-time (More than 3 years)
Working at Remedy feels like you are a part of a family. Teams are very close and they genuinely support and celebrate each other's personal achievements and milestones.
Remedy also offers terrific work life balance, which is becoming harder to find. They recently introduced an awesome work from home policy and 12 weeks of paid maternity leave plus a new "mothers room". Our CEO is a family man and these new policies are a direct reflection of his values.
For a small (or even large) company, Remedy has awesome insurance. I have had several doctors appointments and a medical procedure this year and I have barely paid anything out of pocket.
Remedy's products inspire our audience and employees too. It is nice to know that you are making a difference in people's lives at work.
Our CEO has a truly open door policy. When issues are brought to him, employees can expect that he will enact positive change.
No company is perfect. While Remedy has it's shortcomings, our CEO is very open to resolving issues and making the company a great place to work.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to the needs of your employees and making efforts to fulfill them.
Keep investing in content. Supporting editorial will in turn drive continued sales success.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Remedy Health Media.
Varied questions. Mostly focused on my experience and the tech stack in use at remedy. I interviewed with four people. I was not really impressed by the VP in charge of the group but liked some of the colleagues I interviewed with.
