Encouraging diversity and inclusion
We want to build a diverse team. Diverse teams perform better, and are a better reflection of our world. Being a remote company should make this much easier. We are to set the bar really high, as an example to all other companies.

InterviewThe first interview was on a Friday and it was quite easy and hassle-free. I chose a date to do my interview and the recruiter was pretty nice. My interview though was scheduled for 30 minutes and it went over an hour, as the recruiter spent most of the time upselling the company. It is good to put your company in a positive light, but I found it weird that it was being overdone to that extent.
