    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Renaissance Electronic Services (Southport, IN) in December 2016.

    Interview

Interview was a little over an hour in length. In a conference room with 5 or so other developers as they asked questions. The questions ranged from situations that may show up in the workplace to in depth technical questions and problem solving questions. Then a technical evaluation followed by any questions that I had.
