Companies like RTR conduct 'video screening' interviews to weed out Black people, after sending you through a litany of processes you were obviously impressive enough to make the cut through. Until they found out your race.InterviewThe standard getting to know you, 'name a time when' and 'how would you handle 'x' situation' questions.
