I have been working at Renters Warehouse full-time

This is by far the best office environment I've ever worked in. We are like a small family here. Everyone respects one another and everyone helps one another when we can. We do not have drama and all the women get along. lol We have monthly birthdays for those celebrating and we do periodic get togethers and fun outings.
We promote from within and work in a tiered team concept to give people advancement for growth. We do not overhire agents so our agent's territories are not saturated and they receive plenty of FREE LEADS to keep them busy. On both ends, we are very family friendly and if you need to take off, you have full support. We also offer doing some fun things with our company to earn even more PTO.

It's not easy always being the person someone calls when something is going wrong. It's not common for people to realize property managers deal with so many headaches and do not receive enough praise for it. We just have to keep smiling and making sure the people who call on us know that we are happy to help and willing to do what it takes to get them taken care of. Sometimes when things get busy we do end up staying at the office too late. That's a choice they make, definitely not what's required. They did start offering 401K but do not match anything just yet. New company hurdles.

    Advice to Management

Hire a few more people to be able to be more proactive on things and more periodic training. We can all tell our management tries the best they can and try to keep people happy.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Renters Warehouse (Plano, TX) in December 2015.

They hire anyone! Even criminals. So if you like to steal and go to jail a few times for drugs then you should work there. Its a perfect job for someone who just got out to the pen!
