I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Republic National Distributing Company (New Orleans, LA) in January 2013.
Phone interview followed with two face to face interviews. Process takes about 4 months for completion. Never follow up with phone calls towards the end of the month. That is a very busy time. Best times to call would be the first week of the month and definitely before 10am.
