I have been working at Reputation Institute full-time (Less than a year)

Everyone is willing to collaborate on projects, so it's a great team environment. Also, people are always willing to help you answer your questions or figure out difficult problems.

Processes need to be a bit more organized as each of the offices and employees have their own ways of doing things. A little cohesion across the board would help.

    Advice to Management

Once we get organized, the sky is the limit for the company. Great ideas and great people.

    Associate Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Boston, MA
    No Offer
    Negative Experience

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Reputation Institute (Boston, MA) in November 2018.

I wouldn't recommend applying to this company at all. The HR is absolutely unprofessional and doesn't care about you at all. She doesn't reply to any emails and you have to constantly check in for any updates and even then she doesn't reply back to your questions. It is difficult to get a hold of the HR person at RI.

The interview process is phone screening with HR, phone interview with global manager, in person with two directors and then lastly a presentation for VPs and Senior Execs. I did all the steps except for the presentation because I wasn't sent a confirmed calendar invite for my interview.

I had told the HR that I am an international candidate and I need to be hired before a certain date and told them that I have an offer on the table. No accommodations were made for me at all.

The process is unbelievably slow and not worth it at all. No considerations and no transparency which is something they said they truly abide by at RI. They act like they are such big shots and have no time for your menial questions or concerns.

I would not recommend at all and save yourself time and move on to the next company. RI needs to work on their own REPUTATION first before helping other companies improve their reputation.
