I have been working at ReputationDefender full-time (Less than a year)
This place has good work-life balance. Management is interested in cultivating talent and taking care of the team. There is a fairly large proportion of long-term employees that have been there for 5+ years, which is a good sign for a tech company.
This is an office where almost everyone just shows up to work and then goes straight home, people don't hang out and socialize much. That can be a pro or a con, depending on what you're looking for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ReputationDefender (Tempe, AZ).
Starts with a phone interview which is pretty straight forward. The second interview will likely be in person. Some people get asked for a third interview also in person. Be prepared to do objection handling. Know the three core products. 1) Executive Privacy 2)Review/Social Media Managment 3) ReputationDefender
