    I have been working at Reser's full-time

    Pros

Family atmosphere, big changes in pay and culture. Many meals provided, raffles for attendance and productivity, a family picnic, Thrift where you can take food home for your families, and lots of fun! A new salad plant is opening in 2018 with state of the art technology!

    Cons

Lots of seasonal overtime, refrigerated work areas (which I love!)

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the positive changes!

    Application

    I applied in-person. I interviewed at Reser's (Topeka, KS) in March 2016.

    Interview

Job fair style open interview process. Fairly constant employment shortage and high turnover made interview easy, they want to hire people. There was a sign-up for times to go for employee orientation, but these times were changed without informing me until the night before the orientation, which I found both very unprofessional and demonstrated the lack of concern they had with communication and employee input.

    Interview Questions

    • Would you be willing to learn jobs other than the one you are applying for in order to cover shortages in workers (this may include pay raises depending on the jobs needed).   1 Answer
