Mission: At Reservations.com, our mission is to bring the human-touch back into the world of online travel. With a vision to provide travelers with personalized experiential travel planning.
"Leadership is defined as the act of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal. That includes providing inspiration, providing people with the tools needed to achieve success, creating a great work environment — and, at times, rolling up your sleeves and doing some hard work yourself. Today, we're introducing some of the most impressive among those Central Florida business leaders in Orlando Business Journal's 2020 CEOs of the Year awards. OBJ received dozens of nominations of CEOs, or those holding equivalent titles, of companies based Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Volusia or Brevard counties. A judging committee then narrowed down those candidates based on business success, personal achievements and community involvement."

ADDITIONAL PERKS AND BENEFITS
I have been working at Reservations.com full-time (Less than a year)
I am not sure some of these reviews refer to the same company. The Reservations.com I work for has very high professional and work ethic standards. Everyone is expected to give 100%. We depend on and support one another. We celebrate wins, learn from mistakes, and enjoy generous benefits. Perks include good coffee, snacks, and the occasional fresh spread, adjustable standing desks, happy hours, generous outings, and paid downtown parking.
Our founders expect a lot and they give a lot. They're working circles around us every day of the week.
We were awarded a Great Place To Work for 2020 - a distinction bestowed by our own staff (no one was coached or pressured to respond favorably to the survey). If you want to win at Reservations.com, you have to earn it by showing up everyday, working hard, being a professional and being eager/willing to grow. Slackers and cell phone addicts don't last and won't be appreciated by hard-working team mates - just being honest.
I love my job and feel that the door to opportunity is always open for me.
I can't think of any.
Advice to Management
Communication could be better, but I see this is being addressed in positive ways. Thank you for the part you play in making it a great place to come to work each day.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reservations.com (Orlando, FL) in June 2019.
I would describe the interview process as short, but rigorous. If you say you've got a set of skills and experiences, be prepared to prove it. In total, there were three interviews: one phone screening and two face-to-face interviews with those whom I'd be supporting.
