I have been working at Resolute Forest Products full-time

    Pros

Good salary, good location and mostly good people to work with.

    Cons

2 - 3 staff managers are horrible to work with. Corporate put the company into bankruptcy a few years back and they are now selling off assets just to have operating capital. Stock prices have plummeted the last couple from $20 to less than $5.

~2 hour interview with multiple interviewers. It was in a conference room with a representative from the HR department as well as the plant GM and the technical department manager. The asked questions about my personal life, my work experience, and my work ethic as well as a couple of troubleshooting hypothetical scenarios.
