This was a great group of people to work with. Customer service reps generally got along with each other.
Lack of Upward mobility, poor communication, very large amount of turnover, high stress environment, many demands for the annual salary.
Advice to Management
There is a general lack of leadership among the management team. This can be seen at many levels within the organization. Much improvement is needed in order to recruit and retain better employees
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Resolute Forest Products (Monroe, NC) in July 2014.
I was connected through an recruiter. Initially I had a phone interview with 2 managers. Next I had a panel interview with all of the managers. The interview room was extremely hot but otherwise the interview was average.
