I worked at Resolute Forest Products full-time (More than 10 years)
Pay, coworkers, 401-K, 12 hour shifts with two weekends off a month
Understaffed, so you have to work one or both weekends because of overtime. "Duh" Canadians running place into the ground. Morale is at an all time low. They shutdown two perfectly good paper machines for no good reason.
Advice to Management
Please sell the paper part of your company to folks with paper expertise, and stick to Canadian lumber!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Resolute Forest Products (Monroe, NC) in July 2014.
I was connected through an recruiter. Initially I had a phone interview with 2 managers. Next I had a panel interview with all of the managers. The interview room was extremely hot but otherwise the interview was average.
