As President, George sets the vision for Resolution Media’s strategy roadmap as well as oversees the design and implementation of the agency’s core and emerging service capabilities. In addition George leads Resolution University, the company’s cross-discipline learning and development initiative. He manages key partnerships across publishers, technologies, and the Omnicom network.
Before assuming the role of President, George served as CSO, where he was a key architect for Current@Resolution, Omnicom Media Group’s paid social unit and a recognized Facebook Marketing Partner, among other breakthrough ventures. Earlier in his tenure at Resolution Media, George led Search and Social teams in NYC, providing strategic leadership and executional excellence for brands like Pepsi and Warner Bros.
George holds a graduate degree from Columbia University and received his BA at New York University, where he studied American literature, history and culture. A self-proclaimed Iron Chef and soccer fanatic, George lives in coastal New Jersey with his wife and two beach-loving children.
Bill Neblock oversees Resolution Media’s financial operations and leads strategic initiatives focused on enterprise integration and process improvement. Bill is also CFO at Accuen Media, Omnicom Media Group’s Trading Desk, and is focused on efforts to grow the combined digital media business.
Bill joins Resolution from TRAVELCLICK, a provider of technology and media services for the hospitality industry. In that capacity he led the company’s international accounting teams and led projects that included implementation of SOX compliance programs and processes as well as selection and implementation of enterprise financial software. Additionally, Bill was responsible for developing processes and systems to support TRAVELCLICK’s online and travel agent media businesses.
Prior to TRAVELCLICK, Bill was the Corporate Controller at Flexi-mat, where he led growth and process improvement initiatives ranging from supply chain optimization to product branding. Bill began his career at Deloitte, where gained over seven years of analytical, audit, financial and managerial experience across numerous industries in both the public and private sector.
Bill graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a C.P.A. Bill lives in Chicago’s western suburbs with his wife Gabriela, their daughter, Hayley and son, Connor.
Viji Davis is the Chief Marketing Officer at Resolution Media. As Resolution’s brand steward, Viji is responsible for brand strategy, corporate brand identity and ensuring all of Resolution’s innovative products and services are well covered in the marketplace. Throughout her tenure, Viji has had the opportunity to work on many brands in a variety of verticals, including Bank of America, Lowe’s, HP, Leapfrog, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Briggs and Stratton. She has been responsible for overarching strategy and planning for many Resolution clients and will apply her digital knowledge to further Resolution’s brand in the marketplace.
Jeff Campbell has been with Resolution Media since its foundation in 2003, immersing himself in nearly all aspects of the company’s operations. Currently, he oversees client service and operations for the Chicago and Charlotte offices. Jeff has a passion for online marketing and SEO solutions for the retail vertical and is focused on strategy development, media integration, measuring online to offline sales impact and web analytics.
Prior to Resolution, Jeff was with Mosaic Data Solutions, a direct marketing agency in Evanston, IL. He co-founded their Paid Search offering and managed several Fortune 500 campaigns.
Jeff gained traditional marketing experience with Sprint PCS Business Development where he worked to launch new products and was involved in all aspects of marketing planning, including pricing strategy, product development, retail distribution, advertising and promotional strategy.
Jeff graduated from Drake University with honors and dual majors in Marketing and Management. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Jeff is an outdoor junkie and manages a blog reviewing wines under $15. He is also active in his community – from volunteering at the local Ronald McDonald House to coaching an undefeated t-ball team (where they don’t yet keep score).
As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Nancy is responsible for influencing, understanding and evangelizing the strategic solutions Resolution brings to market for its clients. Orchestrating winning solutions to common, and not-so-common, marketing problems has resulted in partnerships with brands such as Nike, Skype, Texas Instruments, A&E, Turner, Huawei and NBC Universal. With more than six years spent at Resolution working on both the East and West coasts, she has a keen understanding of the available talent and partnership resources, which has led to award winning work on many of these new client engagements.
Before leading the Business Development team, Nancy was the Managing Director of the West Region, where under her leadership the new region grew from three employees to more than sixty in less than three years. With a career rooted in direct marketing and digital media, she thrives on the excitement of insights gained through data and analytics. She has been a participant in, and an influencer of, the paid search and SEO marketplace since it’s very earliest and darkest days.
Dean Gardner is Managing Director of Resolution, overseeing the operational delivery and growth of Omnicom’s search and digital performance brand across the East Coast.
Prior to joining the US operation, Dean was responsible for leading the roll out of Resolution across EMEA, overseeing 27 local market teams and the Resolution EMEA hub in London.
Having been with Omnicom for more than 7 years, Dean has held several other digital leadership roles such as Executive Director at OMD International where he lead the development of the agency’s Digital Marketplaces offering, building operations across various channels including search, social advertising, programmatic display, video and mobile.
Online Marketer with ten years industry experience across both the UK & US markets. Anthony is Managing Director across the West Coast region, leading our service offering across a diverse and iconic set of clients including Levis, Wells Fargo and Activision. All geared to driving business results from online commerce and acquisition to brand building.
Prior to re-locating to the US, Anthony lead the Resolution EMEA team, diversifying the agencies products and services across emerging areas of digital to facilitate cross channel media planning & activation to meet performance media goals.
As Managing Director of Resolution Media’s Southwest operations, Max leads a team of digital marketers who work across Omnicom Media Group agencies to drive strategy, innovation, and execution in SEM, Content Marketing and Social Media. Max is a passionate digital marketing veteran with more than 12 years of experience driving performance media strategy, execution, process and insights for clients such as TD Bank, American Express, McDonald’s, Scotia Bank, Canadian Tire and Sport Chek. Max believes that media strategy and planning must be data-driven and holistic, incorporating both offline and online data across devices to inform business decisions and overall methodology.
Markus Varsikko is the Managing Director, EMEA. He leads Resolution’s 27 local EMEA market teams from a regional hub in London. He joined Resolution in 2012 when Omnicom Media Group acquired Ainoa. Markus has more than 17 years of experience in Search, Analytics and Social Media. His wide range of experiences help him to drive strategy, execution, process and insight for companies such as IKEA, Finnair, DNA, Silja Line and Kesko.
James Dutton is the Managing Director at Resolution Media Asia Pacific, Omnicom Media Group. Resolution is part of Annalect and is the global digital performance marketing brand that helps clients capitalise on market opportunities and drive more revenue. Resolution specialises in Behavioural Marketing, Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Mobile Marketing and Digital Analytics.
He leads the Resolution Asia Pacific offices from a regional hub in Singapore and is responsible for the growth, profitability and effectiveness of those offices and the development of new digital media services and offerings to capitalise on client needs.
Vanessa leads the Digital Operation for the Omnicom Regional office, HQ located in Miami. By end of 2012, she took the role to evolve Omnicom’s Digital offering in the region, two main challenges laid ahead, consolidate the SEM and social offering, and launch Accuen, Omnicom’s Trading Desk.
With more than 13 years of regional experience, Dimitri Metaxas has been at the forefront of the digital marketing industry in the Middle East. In 2006, Dimitri launched the region’s first digital media agency: OMD Digital.
The multi-award winning company quickly grew in both billings and personnel to become the region’s leading digital media investor and consultancy before being integrated into OMD in 2009. From 2009-2013, as Omnicom Media Group’s Executive Regional Director – Digital, Dimitri oversaw the implementation of group-wide digital strategy.

Great company - treats its employees very well, and everyone here is smart and helpful. Definitely a company teeming with expertise.
Team personalities vary. No two teams are the same, and not all are good fits for certain people. Otherwise, no major cons.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Resolution Media.
I was called in for multiple final round interviews with different teams. I contacted them multiple times for updates on the status of my application following my final rounds, but I never heard back. They've simply ignored me. Very disheartening since I got the impression this place was different. It costs candidates time and money to interview; the least you can do is get back to candidates to tell them they didn't get the job—especially after they contact you for updates and you just ghost them. Very unprofessional.
