    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at ResponseTek in August 2016.

    Interview

    First screening call done by HR Executive, Called in half an hour later than scheduled time. Started with breif expectation of the person to be hired for teh job. Was also focused on getting information on exisitng Salary package.

    Interview Questions

    • Focus and emphasis was on individual contribution and got a perception that they are looking at one man for all jobs without any botheration to increase headcount in case business grows in the region. Seemed to be contended with serving existing clients as opposed to looking at growing in the region   Answer Question
