RFS has a relaxed atmosphere as far as coworkers go. 50% off of food at any of their locations.
Upper management runs the shifts as lean as possible. Tough to get days off since they only carry enough people to barely cover shifts. If someone calls out sick, its a double workload. Work life balance fell through the floor after working here
Owner has exploited every loophole in the ACA to give as little benefits as possible.
Advice to Management
Hire more staff! 12 front of house staff (bussers, servers, bartenders totaled) doesnt give us enough time for anything outside of work.
