I worked at Restaurant Group full-time (More than a year)
There aren’t any pros unless you enjoy the food in their restaurants you’re entitled to a 33% discount. None, none, none.
A lot of low quality junk food available st discounted prices or free. Very hierarchical, no room for growth. Head office lack communication across departments, no one ever takes initiative to solve problems.
Advice to Management
Work on inclusion and attitude toward lower level employees.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Restaurant Group (Birmingham, England (UK)).
Two interviews, more like general chats about the buisness not competency based at all, a few hours at one of there restaurants and a psychometric test which you will get no feedback about
