Great schedule, lots of perks on site, casual environment.
The real issue there is a lack of continuing education, and an severe case of ego at the executive level. No one gets proper training, particularly management. If you have an idea thats contrary to leaderships', speaking up is not an option, leading to an environment of fear. Oh, and the HR dept is a mess, and hr violations are abundant!
Advice to Management
Start taking advice. Be open to the idea that you're wrong, and although you successfully built a small company, in your endeavor to grow significantly, there is a lot you have to learn!
