I have been working at Restaurants-America full-time (More than 3 years)
I can creat new menus everyday, and I get to put together beer dinners which are a lot of fun. The people I get to work with are amazing individuals.
Long hours, no benefits, and not much room to grow.
Advice to Management
Managers need to be involved with the whole restaurant not just one area. The communication skills need to be hammered into managers.
