    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Resync (Singapore) in Jun 2021


    They gave me a full-stack project to do in MEAN stack. After submitting the project, they took my interview. The interview was about 45 minutes. There was probably all of their technical members present at the online interview and they asked me couple of questions each. I didn’t fail to answer any questions and I don’t think I answered anything wrong as well.
    After the interview, two weeks passed and I was worried about the result if it was positive or negative. They didn’t contact me at all.
    I went ahead and emailed the CEO to knowing about my application status as he was the one contacting me first about the application.
    He didn’t bother to respond to me until 8 days later where he said he was “busy” that’s why couldn’t respond. He said they chose another candidate.
    So I asked him the reason for rejecting me so that I can work on it. Still no replies from him.
    These companies think they can grow bigger but they don’t value people. They made me spend 3 days working on their project and interview but don’t have the decency to let me know the result or even respond to my email. Decency aside, they’re not even professional to do the job. I probably wasn’t as good as the other candidate they chose and I don’t have any problem with that but is it how you recruit people? They broke my confidence, wasted my time, kept me in uncertainty for 3 weeks, held me from taking decision to confirm other companies. By far, the most unprofessional company in Singapore that I’ve seen. The worst experience.
