I worked at Retail Human Resources full-time (More than 5 years)

One of the best places to work. There is a huge emphasis on teamwork, the training ensures that you can call yourself an expert in the field of retail recruitment and it's one of the reasons the consultants are so highly regarded and sought after. The different areas of the business all perform strongly, the relationships you form there tend to be lasting which speaks volumes for the character (and characters) of the company. As long as you are prepared to put the effort in you will find yourself rewarded and looked after.

It's sales at the end of the day, there is always going to be pressure and expectations are high. If you are sensitive or averse to putting in hard graft then not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Continue to treat your employees fairly, train them and let them know they are valued. Allow them to be themselves and develop rather than comparing them to the immortals of the past.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Retail Human Resources (Motherwell, Scotland (UK)) in September 2015.

Interview in tray analysis swot analysis Lots of experience shares and structured questions. Talked a great deal about service and competitors were particularly interested in my own personality and what I did outside work. What could I bring to the role. What has been my most difficult challenges
