limited availability for advancement, no human resources department, no one to complain to within the company about changes and suggestions.
Advice to Management
develop a way for people within the company to advance and keep employees happy by increasing wages based on individual jobs and duties and how well each person is doing. maybe allow for a better gainshare of the company
