A group of employees from our Broomfield, CO office recently volunteered their time with A Precious Child, a nonprofit that connects social service agencies (foster families, social workers, etc.) with resources for children. They helped children receive nearly 700 gifts!

First and foremost, you'll never forget what it's like to work for a company that truly values people first and gives ample opportunity and autonomy to grow and succeed to establish a true career, not just a job.
Amazing in office perks like fully stocked kitchen, massage, yoga, and catered lunches and a game room to blow off some steam in addition to work/life balance benefits such as working from home and an unlimited vacation policy.
The people at RP are one of the best perks of all though -- intelligent and genuinely nice people you want to be around and learn from.
This isn't a con (I legitimately could not think of any), but you have to be comfortable with change just given the marketing technology landscape and its constant evolution. "Change is inevitable but growth is optional." Treat all change as an opportunity to grow and you'll be fine.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Return Path (Broomfield, CO) in July 2016.
This was the longest interview process I've ever gone through. Prepare for the long haul! First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, an in-person interview with three people - two peers and one VP. Finally, I had to do a sales pitch via Google Hangouts with two people in sales management. The whole process was lengthy but I think by having such an intensive interview process, RP knew exactly what they would be getting if they hired me, and I knew exactly what I would be getting into if I accepted the offer. It was thorough, and at the time I kept wishing it was shorter and that I got an offer sooner, but in the long run, they do it the right way.
