    Pros

    At RevUnit everyone really seems to love what they do. There's a great balance between autonomy and support. It's an awesome place to work if you're into product, design, strategy, systems, and/or disruptive/emerging tech

    Cons

    RevUnit has doubled in size in the last year and appears to have some growing pains as a result.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RevUnit.

    Interview

    I was contacted through email for a phone interview with the Director of Talent Development. The director called me and explained and explained the steps of thr conversation. The director did mention that she used to be a product owner and was promoted to her position recently this was obvious as she was not very personable she seemed very dry and not engaged in the interview. I was asked questions but my answers did not seemed like they were retained. The next day I was contacted via email with a rejection letter which was only about two lines long. I would recommend the director be trained in interviewing as she has no past recruiting experience and should not be interviewing.
