    I have been working at RevUnit full-time (Less than a year)


    Working at RevUnit has been an amazing experience. Growth has come quickly and people are working hard to maintain a healthy culture while staying at the forefront of technology and process. It's a balancing act, but one where people are genuinely committed to success. As a small company, there's an opportunity to wear many hats. If that sounds like an interesting challenge, then you'll feel right at home.

    They also have supported a great remote work culture from the very beginning of their history. They've adopted an effective tool set to support distributed teams and the culture knows how to ensure that everyone is included no matter where they work. This isn't as common as it should be, and RevUnit deserves credit for continuing to support this approach.


    Due to the rapid growth, a lot of folks are still figuring out their responsibilities. But honestly, that just seems to encourage an even stronger drive to figure things out as a team and work together.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to support training and internal advancement opportunities. Continue to make culture-building a key priority as the company grows.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RevUnit.


    I was contacted through email for a phone interview with the Director of Talent Development. The director called me and explained and explained the steps of thr conversation. The director did mention that she used to be a product owner and was promoted to her position recently this was obvious as she was not very personable she seemed very dry and not engaged in the interview. I was asked questions but my answers did not seemed like they were retained. The next day I was contacted via email with a rejection letter which was only about two lines long. I would recommend the director be trained in interviewing as she has no past recruiting experience and should not be interviewing.
