Reval's headquarters are located in the heart of New York City. We maintain regional centers in Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and international operations in Toronto, London, Sydney, Hong Kong, Germany, and Gurgaon (India). Rotational Development Program
The REVAL Rotational Development Program (RDP) allows undergraduates and graduates the opportunity to rotate positions within departments based on individual development needs over a period of six to twelve months. The goal of this program is for the selected candidate to gain a better understanding of Reval’s business, financial markets, and customers’ needs. Senior managers at Reval mentor each candidate during this program, and his/her performance is reviewed periodically.
This program is designed for undergraduates and recent graduates.

There was a disconnect between senior management and lower tiered managers. Senior managers were well-intentioned to develop young talent, but often, a filter existed between senior managers and the young talent that left the effectiveness of the decisions to junior managers (who a mostly well-intentioned as well).
Advice to Management
Given that it's been so long, my hope is that the disconnect has changed.
Ill-intentioned junior managers (however few) can deter talent and lead to ineffective implementation of business plan.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reval (New York, NY).
Very straightforward with typical phone screening followed by in-person interviews with the whole team. Given that it's a smaller company, you meet with higher ups as well so be prepared for that. The only thing to note is the DNA interview. You'll be asked a series of extremely specific fit questions.
