ProsAwesome and talented co-workers at every department. Agency is dog-friendly, provides snacks, beverages, and good times to be had. Positive attitudes all-around. Opportunities for professional growth
ConsThere's always room for improvement, as it only allows for more growth. Not much of a "con", but Revenue River is only going to continue growing. Be ready to adapt and ask questions to help you
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revenue River Marketing (Golden, CO) in Apr 2018
InterviewThe interview process is extensive. You start with a phone interview, mine was with the CEO. This was fast-paced and set expectations for me of what working for Revenue River was like. There were also specific questions regarding how I work and my experience. The second interview is with the director of the position you're applying for. You need to provide examples of previous work, take a lengthy work personality test (which is very helpful to know) and answer scenario-type questions.
