I have been working at Revenue Solutions, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

RSI is an amazing place to work! They offer plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within the organization, fantastic salary/benefits, and a welcoming work environment. Teams also get to go on monthly outings, which are fun.

As with all consulting careers, there are periods in which the work/life balance tips heavily towards the work side; however, salary increases and performance bonuses make up for the long hours.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your employees more; this will provide an opportunity to utilize their strengths more effectively, while letting them get a sense that you are invested in them.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revenue Solutions, Inc. (Roseville, CA) in April 2015.

Three part interview. First was a simple Phone interview, then came a more personal Skype interview that dove deeper into the technical aspects. Last Interview had a few different interviewers that included the Project Manager. All three were fit / technical interviews focused on C#, Java, and Object orientated programing
