Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

1. Great exposure of working with a global team
2. Team is really helpful
3. Helps you think beyond the usual
4. Great culture

The only con could be everything is centralised and that means a lot of processes in place but once you get a hang of it, it doesn't take too much time.

Company Updates

October 5, 2022
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), between 2015 and the end of 2020 7.8M women worldwide were diagnosed with breast cancer — making it the world’s most widespread cancer. When the disease is identified early, breast cancer treatment can be highly effective, and chances of survival 90% or higher. So we’re taking part in this year’s Pink October. We asked Klaudia Dziergwa, Team Lead in the Support department, and Almas Parveen, Operations Manager and Chair of RevWomen guild, to share their experiences with the women’s health topic, the activities they planned for Revoluters this Pink Month, and how they’ll champion Breast Cancer Awareness Month themselves:

“The Reverse Mentoring Programme is a great chance to see problems people are facing that you may not be aware of and have an open dialogue about how to solve those problems. It really helps to put yourself in the shoes of someone else and appreciate a new point of view. At times, we're all guilty of working in our own silos. This has really helped to break free from that.” – Daniel Geller, Deputy General Counsel & Senior Mentor How can Reverse Mentoring help us increase female representation in senior management roles? What makes it so rewarding to our leaders? Find what our mentors thought about our first Reverse Mentoring Programme in our latest blog post. A big thanks to our D&I Specialist James Taylor for running such a successful programme! Read more 👇
