Employee Share Plan

Our employee share scheme gives every employee transparent share options that represent a real tangible reward. The current ESP is the thrid one we’ve run, and is a great motivator to remind each other that we’re all working hard towards a common goal. Our last one paid out $9.4 million to employees!

One Year Paid Paternity Leave

    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reward Gateway (Boston, MA) in February 2016.


    I was contacted by a recruiter and brought in shortly afterwards to interview with the Marketing Comms Director and Dir. of Recruiting - I was there for awhile both times I came in, which I took to be a good sign! It was a fairly new role on a yet-to-be-formed marketing team so I knew it would be a roll-up-your-sleeves job as well as a big learning curve for the company itself. We talked very candidly about what was needed and the kind of person they were looking for in the role, and by the end of the interview process I was extremely excited to come work for them. Following the in-person interview, I was asked to draft a potential strategy document and present it to the interviewers, which was more of a skills demonstration and proof of industry knowledge than a tangible piece of work. The interview process is thorough, and that's because culture and job fit is really important to the team. The whole process, from initial phone call to offer letter, took about a month. It's been just about a year now, and it was a great decision!
