Reward Gateway – Why Work With Us?

Our Culture is what drives us.

Company culture is more than having a table tennis or foosball table. It’s about how we treat people, how we work together and the shared understanding of values that drive inspiration and innovation for our clients. We see a world where people expect more from work. Where everyone can expect to be challenged, inspired and valued. And this world happens to include a lot of #RGFun along the way.

Our culture and values align with our vision and our people. It’s what makes us RG.

What we believe:

This mission, to make the world a better place to work, led us to create Reward Gateway, the place where we deliver products to connect organizations and their people together. Our products create an opportunity for you to reward, thank, involve, understand, communicate and connect employees with the business. But it’s our creative, passionate people that transform our products into a service employees use, value and love. That’s the magic.

Whо we are:

We're constantly innovating and questioning the status quo. And as the global leader in HR technology, we take a hard look at our own HR policies probably more than most. One way we’re challenging ourselves is to look at our Diversity & Inclusivity standard, which we’re updating to reflect a broader definition of diversity. But there’s much more to our Diversity story, click the button to below to see why.

These are our values.

Let's make the world a better place to work

Meet the team:
  • Over 400 Brilliant People,
  • 7 Offices, 4 Countries,
  • 1 Company Culture.

Working here is fun, challenging, fast-paced, and massively rewarding

A career at Reward Gateway is unlike any other. You’ll love your job, you’ll work alongside great people, and you’ll have unparalleled opportunity for professional growth. But you don’t have to take our word for it, check out what our current employees have to say:

But don’t just take our word for it.

Ask our employees.

“The inspirational culture starts from the top so you want to achieve great things for the business.”

“A fantastic company going through an exciting period in its evolution. A culture quite like no other.”

“So rewarding to work with amazing people at an awesome company!”

undefinedOur own employee benefits

One Year Paid Paternity Leave

Take time to focus on your family! We offer one full year paid paternity leave for the primary caregiver, regardless of gender!

At Reward Gateway, we want the world to be a better place to work. We know that in many parts of the world, both close to where we call home, and further away, there is a lot further to go to achieve that vision.

  • 66 million girls in developing nations are deprived of an education every year, making meaningful work all but impossible.
  • Globally, women are 35% less likely to be in paid work than men and earn around 20% less than men.
  • Entrepreneurs from ethnic minorities start their business with less capital than white entrepreneurs, apply for less credit and get awarded less credit.
  • Millions of people worldwide work in jobs below the poverty line and lack access to the skills, training and support that could provide them with a better life.

We want a world where people can work safely, with fairness and equality, a world where people can go to work and put their creativity and passion to good use. Where they laugh with their friends, care about their colleagues and feel cared for by their company. Where they are recognised and seen for who they are and what they achieve.

That’s why we’ve launched the RG Foundation with a $5 million grant and it's own mission to make the world a better place to work.

The Foundation will support the amazing organizations and charities that are already working doing great work in microfinance, social enterprise, education and empowerment.

We want to help them make the world a better, safer, fairer and more equal place to work.

For everyone.

We’re committed to building a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment at Reward Gateway. We believe there are three key reasons why diversity and inclusion is key for our success:

1. Fundamentally we believe that creativity and innovation comes from diverse teams with varied backgrounds who constantly challenge each other and what they see.

2. We’re in a competitive business and we can’t afford tohave false barriers between us and the very best talent that can help our clients and our business.

3. Our user base is highly diverse. If we are diverse ourselves, we’ll understand, empathise and serve them better.

Our Diversity & Inclusivity Standard was written with the input and collaboration of the whole Reward Gateway team – all 400 + people.

I have been working at Reward Gateway full-time (Less than a year)

I joined Reward Gateway over a month ago and I have been consistently impressed by the leadership and the wider team’s commitment to the company mission.

What has prompted me to write a review is the compassion, clarity and confidence that the leadership team has displayed over the last few weeks in a climate of anxiety, fear and change. Undoubtedly, the impact of coronavirus on everyday life and the way businesses operate will be historical and there will be a lot of lessons that we will all learn together. It’s been heartwarming to see how deep RG’s mission runs and how deeply empathetic our leaders are in ensuring everyone feels secure and is working in a safe environment. The consistent communication, the level headedness of leadership and the dedication to wellbeing and making the world a better place to work is honestly so impressive.

If you want to work for a company that truly lives its purpose and takes care of its people and clients, I cannot recommend Reward Gateway enough.

I currently don't have any cons to share :)

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reward Gateway (Boston, MA) in October 2019.

Got contacted by the recruiter through LinkedIn. Had an initial phone interview with the recruiter shortly after. She was very pleasant and professional and asked questions about my experience and gave a nice overview of the company and the job.
