At Reward Gateway, we make beautiful products for HR managers that allow them to better connect their organisations to their employees. The technology we build and the service we deliver is the creative output of over 355 passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated people based across 7 offices in 5 countries.
The culture, values and standards that we operate demonstrate that employee engagement is at the heart of our business.
We see a world where people expect more from work. A world where everyone can expect to be challenged, be inspired and feel valued. But that value was missing from hard-to-use benefits and reward programmes. This led us to create Reward Gateway, the place where we connect organisations and their people together.
Our products create an opportunity for you to reward, thank, involve, understand, communicate and connect employees with each other. But it’s our creative, passionate people who transform our products into a service employees use, value and love. That’s the magic.
And we believe that in a world where employees feel valued amazing things will happen. Organisations will grow stronger and people will be happier. We want to build that world with you. We want to make the world a happier place to work.
A career at Reward Gateway is unlike any other. You’ll love your job, you’ll work alongside great people, and you’ll have unparalleled opportunity for professional growth. But you don’t have to take our word for it, check out what our current employees have to say:
But don’t just take our word for it.
Ask our employees.
“The inspirational culture starts from the top so you want to achieve great things for the business.”
“A fantastic company going through an exciting period in its evolution. A culture quite like no other.”
“So rewarding to work with amazing people at an awesome company!”
Making people happy at work is what we do best here at Reward Gateway! Here are our top global benefits, as voted by the team.
Our employee share scheme gives every employee transparent share options that represent a real tangible reward. The current ESS is the thrid one we’ve run, and is a great motivator to remind each other that we’re all working hard towards a common goal. Our last one paid out $9.4 million to employees!
Take time to focus on your family! We offer one full year paid paternity leave for the primary caregiver, regardless of gender!
At Reward Gateway, we want the world to be a better place to work. We know that in many parts of the world, both close to where we call home, and further away, there is a lot further to go to achieve that vision.
We want a world where people can work safely, with fairness and equality, a world where people can go to work and put their creativity and passion to good use. Where they laugh with their friends, care about their colleagues and feel cared for by their company. Where they are recognised and seen for who they are and what they achieve.
That’s why we’ve launched the RG Foundation with a $5 million grant and it's own mission to make the world a better place to work.
The Foundation will support the amazing organizations and charities that are already working doing great work in microfinance, social enterprise, education and empowerment.
We want to help them make the world a better, safer, fairer and more equal place to work.
We’re committed to building a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment at Reward Gateway. We believe there are three key reasons why diversity and inclusion is key for our success:
1. Fundamentally we believe that creativity and innovation comes from diverse teams with varied backgrounds who constantly challenge each other and what they see.
2. We’re in a competitive business and we can’t afford tohave false barriers between us and the very best talent that can help our clients and our business.
3. Our user base is highly diverse. If we are diverse ourselves, we’ll understand, empathise and serve them better.
Our Diversity & Inclusivity Standard was written with the input and collaboration of the whole Reward Gateway team – all 355 people.
I have been working at Reward Gateway full-time (More than a year)
I love working for a hugely innovative company that encourages you to speak up and voice your opinion. Everybody counts at RG! I came from a dog eat dog environment before and it was so refreshing to join a company where you are not another number, you are a valued member of the team. Our benefits reflect our mission....and that is why I never get the sunday dread at RG!
We have grown which is fantastic but it's important that we stay close globally and celebrate our success! #bringbackanannualGBU
Advice to Management
Management are great - supportive, encouraging and passionate about what we do. Keep it up!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reward Gateway (Boston, MA) in February 2016.
I was contacted by a recruiter and brought in shortly afterwards to interview with the Marketing Comms Director and Dir. of Recruiting - I was there for awhile both times I came in, which I took to be a good sign! It was a fairly new role on a yet-to-be-formed marketing team so I knew it would be a roll-up-your-sleeves job as well as a big learning curve for the company itself. We talked very candidly about what was needed and the kind of person they were looking for in the role, and by the end of the interview process I was extremely excited to come work for them. Following the in-person interview, I was asked to draft a potential strategy document and present it to the interviewers, which was more of a skills demonstration and proof of industry knowledge than a tangible piece of work. The interview process is thorough, and that's because culture and job fit is really important to the team. The whole process, from initial phone call to offer letter, took about a month. It's been just about a year now, and it was a great decision!
