    I have been working at Reward Gateway full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I joined Reward Gateway over a month ago and I have been consistently impressed by the leadership and the wider team’s commitment to the company mission.

    What has prompted me to write a review is the compassion, clarity and confidence that the leadership team has displayed over the last few weeks in a climate of anxiety, fear and change. Undoubtedly, the impact of coronavirus on everyday life and the way businesses operate will be historical and there will be a lot of lessons that we will all learn together. It’s been heartwarming to see how deep RG’s mission runs and how deeply empathetic our leaders are in ensuring everyone feels secure and is working in a safe environment. The consistent communication, the level headedness of leadership and the dedication to wellbeing and making the world a better place to work is honestly so impressive.

    If you want to work for a company that truly lives its purpose and takes care of its people and clients, I cannot recommend Reward Gateway enough.
