I worked at Rexel Group full-time (More than a year)
Family oriented company that seems to take care of their employees. Decent salary for positions and is very HR conscious company.
If you aren't in the "click" or an extreme performer in a management position, Top management will work with HR to have to gone quickly. Corporate also liked to change the structure up quite a bit.
Advice to Management
Stop changing the business structure so much. It only affects mid level management and can discourage them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rexel Group (Dallas, TX) in March 2017.
Interviewed in person recently for a marketing role. The interview process was very hurried and the interviewer focused on things not overly relevant to the role. Once I met with the interviewer's boss, it was evident, that this is not a friendly work environment. The VP focused soley on why I left previous jobs vs my skills and background, which were a perfect fit for the role. They had no hospitality whatsoever and then took 3 weeks to let me know they are hiring another staffing firm to do the search for the "perfect candidate"
