I have been working at Rexnord full-time (More than 10 years)
Lots of opportunities to advance if you perform. Gives back to community through different events. Looks after employees. Worldwide footprint makes you feel a part of something good.
Never ending push to do better gets old sometimes. Lots of turnover makes it hard to maintain wins and know who is doing what.
Advice to Management
Try some cost cutting at the higher levels. Seems like lots of layers are being added.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Rexnord.
Recruiter was completely clueless; definitely not qualified to interview me. His questions were silly for a person at my level - they could have been asked of a retail worker. I guess they do not take the interview process seriously, or they'd have someone asking more relevant questions. His interviewing style was what you'd expect of a high school student.
