I have been working at Reyes Holdings full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Reyes Holdings value their employees with keeping up with current market of compensation plans, increasing labor paid time off, etc. They care for their employees well being by closing down the office *for the polar vortex, or closing earlier on holidays, just so you can beat traffic and be home with your family, those things matter. This creates a nicer environment to work, not to mention the perk of a bar (but you will have to work here to hear about that), gym and the unlimited supply while at work of Coke, Diet Coke and Water. Let's just say, I would not want to work anywhere else.

    Cons

HR process may be long before you are hired, but it is worth the wait. HR runs lean so it is expected. Insurance costs may be high but the company compensates their employees well enough to cover the costs. However, they also have other great benefits that have never been offered in any other company.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reyes Holdings (Rosemont, IL) in October 2016.

    Interview

Applied through my college career fair. After a week I was invited for an OCR interview and a second interview after a week at Reyes Holding's office at Rosemont. the Interviews were fairly easy but long. Be ready for a bunch of behavioral question with specific examples
