I worked at Reynolds Food Packaging full-time (More than 5 years)

Good pay and benefits, steady solid work, union job, established brand, performance incentives, premium pay for holidays, good retirement program

Attendance program is unforgiving, long hours, very few weekends off, not available for home life lots of times, large gap between 2 weeks to 3 weeks vacation, no guarantees on holidays

    Advice to Management

Plan well enough ahead so that the employees can plan time for family on holidays. A happy home makes a happy employee.

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds Food Packaging (Lake Forest, IL) in April 2013.

Received a call from corporate recruiter after submitting resume online and briefly discussed my background. After that an onsite interview was scheduled with direct managers and peers. Another around of onsite interview was scheduled later with business partners. Everything was arranged well and professionally.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing particularly unexpected. Most questions were around my experiences. Was given enough time to ask questions about the company and the position. Everyone was very personable and nice.   Answer Question
