Reynolds was founded in 1866 as a forms printing company in Dayton, Ohio. Stable company, strong, long-standing, level-headed leadership, lots of different job opportunities because it's such a large company.
The company is at the top in its industry. Very nice, large building with a variety of amenities (dining area, exercise rooms, on-site banking, volleyball and basket ball courts, baseball diamond, beautiful lake and walking paths around the campus).
Lots of opportunities for learning/training.
Recently updated vacation policy is great - all the old review about no vacation your first year are no longer relevant. The company listened to critiques and made the necessary changes.
Culture of the company is a bit traditional and conservative, may not appeal to everyone.
Positive change within company policies do happen, but can feel slow.
Advice to Management
Keep putting employees first and keep aware of changing expectations for companies from younger talent looking for a place to work, so we can continue to hire top talent.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in November 2019.
Applied online and did multiple assessments, then about a week later they call me to come in. I had to take the aptitude assessment again at their office. After that I had an interview with the recruiter, then someone from the marketing department. Then I was called back in another day to interview with the manager and to shadow. After that they performed a drug test. A few days later I was offered the job.
