    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Rho Industries full-time

    Flexible times (for the first few months); random perks(for which you'll have to find a way to re-pay later); benefits (use them too much you'll get yelled at);

    lack of any kind of guidance; lack of management; daily work morale and happiness depended on boss's mood; pay cheques delayed; no feedback on good work just bad grunt on when ever something negative is noted in you or your work; no sense of accomplishment and reward. Empty promises to employees as well as customers (compulsive lies). Constant negative comments towards employees (way of the boss to make him self feel in power and smarter than you); No rational thought process from the boss regarding work process, management and people motivation. Lots of promises of big success at first, promises of work that you get pumped to do then realize few weeks later Rho industries does not even do any solid automation work or anything related to what the boss claims. (go back to compulsive lies). Workers who don't do anything to earn company money get paid the most where others who actually make big $$ get paid below the industry standard average. Unless boss doesn't change his attitude and start rewarding and appreciating his workers instead of enforcing more and more regime, this company will be doomed in next few months/ years.

    Advice to Management

    Should attend management and people skill course and actually run the business. Should reward employees; Should notice little good things and what people actually bring to the company instead of bringing them down.
