I worked at Rhode Island Hospital part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have learned a lot of things that I didn't learn in Sanford Brown institute. I work with very nice people.
And they was always glad to see me when I walked in the door. Even though I was a volunteer, they,
treated me like was one of them. they showed me how much they appreciated me being there. And always let me know how good I was doing.

    Cons

Sometimes they have to many volunteers on at the same time. I filled out applications and it so hard to get a job in there. I volunteered for 3 years..

    Advice to Management

Try checking out outsiders applications give people a chance to work for this great Hospital. even the
people who volunteer their services to your hospital.
