    Photo Lab Technician Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Richland College (Dallas, TX) in August 2016.

    Interview

Interview was very straight forward. Interviewed with the head of the department and we just talked about photo related topics. I was hired and believed I would start in a few weeks but I didn't start until almost 3 months later.

During that time I had almost zero communication about the status of the job. I was also led to believe that I would be able to get full time hours. When I went in for the job orientation I was told that I could get 19.5 hours max per week. Overall it was a negative experience.
