I have been working at Rick Hendrick BMW full-time
AMAZING employees! Everyone works hard and has a great team attitude!
ZERO work to life balance.
Advice to Management
Start using days off to promote hard work. There is not a lot of time off outside of work so I think it will be very beneficial to the younger generations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rick Hendrick BMW (Charleston, SC) in April 2012.
It wasn't bad at all but a 3 interview process. They are nice and friendly and you get to meet GM. Be yourself because they are very good at reading people. Dress professionally and look the part. Bring a resume. Have fun with it. The interview was not bad at all.
