Easy to understand and learn the field that started in copiers and moved toward content management and workplace services. It's a great place to learn sales at the entry level, although with the layoffs of the entry level position in April 2017, that may no longer be the case.
Hard to endure the good old boys club, commoditization, and layoffs. If you work really hard, develop business acumen, keep your reputation as a knowledgeable, supportive, and professional resource, people will always want to support you and see you develop!

the process was short , the staffing company called to schedule an interview which was very easy with Ricoh purchasing Manager . the questions were very few as well and covered the most common question regarding the buying experience , stress management ,conflict management ...
