Ride Right’s Bruce Ives doesn’t just enjoy serving the public as paratransit driver–he also regularly takes time from his work day to entertain the elderly. Twice per month, Bruce requests a 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. break in his route. He, his daughter, and a friend go to a local nursing home to play bluegrass or oldies music as entertainment for the home’s seniors.
Thanks Bruce, for setting a great example on giving back to your community!

Whether providing trips to work, medical appointments, special programs, or social activities, Ride Right holds a deep commitment to safety and passenger satisfaction. Our commitment to quality is best reflected by our motto: every trip is important. This passenger-focused approach is unmatched by any other in the industry.

Our corporate culture reflects our overall thought process--we don't want to be the biggest, we want to be the best. Ride Right's small company philosophy partnered with large company resources ensures our staff are truly part of a family culture, yet receive a wide range of perks and benefits that aren't normally available from the transit industry's smaller operators. In particular, we promote healthy living, excellent work-life balance, and strategic career advancement opportunities in a rewarding work environment where you will make a positive impact in your community and beyond.
To show appreciation for our staff’s hard work and dedication, Ride Right offers more than just a paycheck. Our perks and benefits are all encompassing, offering a wide variety of enticing benefits to ensure our employees and their families are rewarded.
Ride Right firmly believes that our talented workforce is the backbone of our operations. Our core values guide our employees in providing the highest quality customer experience possible and helping clients achieve their goals.
I have been working at Ride Right full-time (More than a year)
I have worked for Ride Right for almost 3 years and it was the best career decision I have made. The commitment to the employees from the executive team far exceeds many of the competitors that I've worked for. The company really cares about the employees and more importantly they care about the communities we provide services to.
None that I know of
I interviewed at Ride Right in January 2017.
