    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Rider Levett Bucknall (Honolulu, HI) in April 2008.

    Interview

The people were very friendly and during the interview it was casual. They asked only behavioral type questions which were not too difficult. They are looking for people with a positive attitude and experience with the construction industry. Also being able to think on your feet is important due to the dynamic nature of construction.

    Interview Questions

    • There were not any unexpected questions, just your typical behavioral questions.   Answer Question
