Interview
Multiple interviews with a very one sided situation. Beware! In spite of trying to have an open and transparent dialog they were very secretive and siloed on communication. Recruiting cannot be trusted and send you back a word salad response. Very poor at communication and I will never apply again with this company. Many individuals on my former team worked for this company including Sr Leadership who retired from there.InterviewIt wasn't the questions that were a challenge. It was the fact they give a very friendly persona, DO NOT ask questions that are a concern or a challenge even when you exceed the job description but seeking the role and can easily help the company to achieve better financials, keep them out of legal issues and ability to support the stakeholders. Again, Beware, do not trust them and wouldn't even consider applying again.
