    Pros

Great culture! Very upbeat atmosphere and positive place to work.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is that you do not make a lot of money.

    Interview

Easy peasy. Starts off with a phone interview, group interview, then manager interview. It helps to know people for a guaranteed spot, other than that you're on your own. Questions are more for seeing if you have the personality to work for roadrunner. Also they will ask about your availability so make sure you're open most times !!
