I applied in-person. I interviewed at RoadChef (Worcester, England (UK)) in February 2017.
very good, straight forward, no issues, very constructive, asked me about my experience and any catering or retail experience did an observation test which was very easy. sat in the main customer seating area, very relaxed. had to do a trial shift which was unpaid but gave me insight into what the job was all about
