Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I have an initial call with the Recruiter (~20-30 min), second call with the hiring manager (about 45 min) then the third interview consisted of 5 45-minute zoom interviews back to back with varying members of the company. Some in a similar role, others on different team, etc. I heard from the team the following day with a verbal offer followed by a formal offer that evening.

Initial call/pace was slower but once I was through the second interview, things speed up. Overall - I interviewed and received an over in about 3 weeks time.

What is a project you've worked on and how did you approach planning for it? What is your ideal work environment? Have you worked with automotive in the past? Why Roadster? Why are you leaving your current role? What can you bring to the table? What do you think your biggest struggle will be in this role?
