There is not much upward mobility since it is a small company. IT department consists of one person and there are many IT issues that do not get resolved.
Advice to Management
Invest in a training program to build the careers of employees. Provide tuition reimbursement for those who would like to go back to school. Provide more than the 3 day sick pay and allow employees to use their sick pay for personal time off. Upgrade the payroll system so that employees do not have to print out their time sheet in excel and sign it every Friday. Provide laptops to all superintendents. Provide more team building events. Introduce new employees to the company via email and notify employees if someone no longer works at the company. Provide the training and tools for all employees to succeed and grow in their careers to benefit the company.
