Advice to Management
Increase health insurance benefits and sick/vacation days for good people to stay. HR function is to assist employees, not to monitor their time in & out by min nor to talk sweet to upper mgmt. Select management base on their abilities to lead the team, not the school where they graduated from nor the certificates they have.
