I have been working at Robert Walters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are so many but highlights are:
-Awesome recruiters who truly want to do a good job for clients and candidates
-One of the best if not the best recruiting partners who provide a great service to clients and candidates
-Close, tight knit group of colleagues who you would want to hang out with after work
-Supportive colleagues all around the office who truly want to see you succeed
-The opportunity to work with the coolest and fastest growing startups

    Cons

Given that we're at the heart of technological disruption it has been slow to catch up with the best technology on the market

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Robert Walters (New York, NY) in August 2017.

    Interview

Phone interview, followed by in person, if they choose to move on. They brought me in to their office and had me speak to three people. One was the internship recruiter which ran some basic questions by me. The other two were executive recruiters. They asked me who I was and what I am doing.
