I have been working at Robertson Loia Roof as a contractor (More than 10 years)

Management really cares about their people which shows through the great benefits, flexible schedule, and a competitive salary. Projects typically take 4-6 weeks so project variety can be very interesting!

Promotion through the firm is limited due to upper management headroom. Once a certain status is reached, further career progression is based upon senior management retirement or leaving for another firm. Investment in employee training is less than other firms I have worked for.

    Advice to Management

Great job keeping up the moral, but you may be well served to increase productivity in certain areas.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robertson Loia Roof (Alpharetta, GA) in January 2008.

The interview process begins after vetting your resume. Due to the large number of resumes recieved, it can be extremely difficult to obtain a job interview. The President of the firm conducts all of the interviews which can be very intimidating for some people. All final decisions are made by the President as well.
