Softball When everyone worked from the office, Robinauts often talked about creating a company sports team. After COVID-19 forced our offices to shut down, we decided softball was a great way to get employees together while practicing social distancing. Despite having games as late as 10:00 pm on weekdays and accidentally playing in the most competitive division, we always had a full team show up, and we always had fun. By the end of the season, we were even able to win a single game. Most improved team! Whether you want to start your own sports team or create a social group to bring entertainment to the workplace, you can make it happen at Robin.

Robin makes everything in your office easy to manage for admins, and even easier for people to discover and book when they choose to work from home. With Robin, it's easy to return to the office with confidence, manage everything in it, experience the space with minimal friction, and analyze space usage to adapt the office to new ways of working. Recently, we released exciting updates within product to help our customers to effectively implement flexible work strategies, specifically with space and desk management. Key highlights include: - Desk analytics: Review desk usage insights from two perspectives (real time and historical) to get a complete look into your office. - Desk check-ins: Prompt employees to "check in" to the desk they booked in advance. This verifies their intent to use the desk they reserved and gives better visibility into office usage. - Desk layout tool: Manage an up-to-date floor plan and add/arrange desks on an ongoing basis with ease. We are constantly evolving our product! Visit our Release Notes page within our Help Center to learn more.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Robin Powered (United States) in Nov 2022

    Interview

I applied for the Engineering Manager position and was contacted in the same day to set up time to speak with the recruiter. I had an interview the next day. The recruiter spoke so well of Robin and made the interview so comfortable. Once we spoke I was contacted same day to set up time with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very nice and had a great conversation with him. I didn’t get to next steps unfortunately but the interview process was so fast and thorough and I appreciated that.
