Softball When everyone worked from the office, Robinauts often talked about creating a company sports team. After COVID-19 forced our offices to shut down, we decided softball was a great way to get employees together while practicing social distancing. Despite having games as late as 10:00 pm on weekdays and accidentally playing in the most competitive division, we always had a full team show up, and we always had fun. By the end of the season, we were even able to win a single game. Most improved team! Whether you want to start your own sports team or create a social group to bring entertainment to the workplace, you can make it happen at Robin.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. Truly none. Of course there are things that can improve, but they are all actively being worked on. No company is without areas of opportunity, but I don't consider those "cons" if they are openly

    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Robin Powered (United States) in Nov 2022


    I applied for the Engineering Manager position and was contacted in the same day to set up time to speak with the recruiter. I had an interview the next day. The recruiter spoke so well of Robin and made the interview so comfortable. Once we spoke I was contacted same day to set up time with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very nice and had a great conversation with him. I didn’t get to next steps unfortunately but the interview process was so fast and thorough and I appreciated that.
