Rock Connections – Why Work With Us?

If you’re tired of stuffy, bureaucratic workplaces, then you’ll be delighted to find something different. We strive to make a creative, fun and collaborative environment you simply won’t find anywhere else. Our family of companies has been named #1 in ESSENCE Magazine’s first ever list of “Best Place to Work for African Americans”. We've been on Computerworld's "Best Places to Work in IT" list for 11 years running, hitting #1 the last three years, and we’ve been named to Fortune magazine’s list of "100 Best Companies to Work For" for the past 13 years, ranking as high as #2.

We are committed to the community

Making a difference for our clients, team members and communities is an integral part of our culture. It’s not just a way of thinking; it’s the way we live.

Rock Connections is in the heart of downtown Detroit; a community that we love and a city that we are passionate about revitalizing. The non-profit organizations of our city do so much to help improve the lives of those in need, but they can’t do it alone. This year, Rock Connections has committed to donate 1,500 hours of community service to the Detroit community.

Giving team members an avenue to give back is important for morale and helps build the foundation for our collaborative and passionate company culture. As successful members of the community, we have a responsibility to help those that are less fortunate and contribute to the common good. One of our ISMs at Rock Connections is, “do the right thing” and it’s important to strive to act on this both inside and outside the office.

Interested in being a part of our team?
