    I worked at Rock-Tenn full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent Pay and benefits. Continued increases yearly. Matched 401K. Great Co-Workers. Safety Leadership top knotch.

    Cons

It's a mans world only though. Being a woman you have to work twice as hard to get ahead. And stand up toe to toe with the all man managment.

    Advice to Management

Don't always step on what's holding you up. Its the backbone of your company.

    Interview

Can't get one. Was told they are not hiring, when friends from church, and where I live keep telling me they are, and to go down, They even say if they were hiring, they only interview people with experience, even though I have 20+ years experience as a machine operator, assembler, quality control, etc etc. I think they don't want to hire a middle age Hispanic woman.
