Working at Rockefeller can be a great experience if you put yourself out there and work hard. In order to get management to change things, you must say something. Overall a great place to work.

The culture could be a bit more welcoming. I've found that most people don't say hello until you say hi first. There isn't very much room for promotion. Upper level management stay until retirement.

    Advice to Management

Seek feedback from your employees. They have a lot to say but there is zero communication, no way of anonymously rating leaders for the things they do.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rockefeller Financial (New York, NY) in August 2015.

I me with two people at separate times for my interview. The first was the companies HR generalist. she was very personable and asked me questions about my past experiences and why i was interested in working at this company. The second woman I interviewed with had previously been in the role i was interviewing for but has moved up. She was not as personable as the first woman i met with was. I had thought the first part of the interview went well but after the second i felt completely uncomfortable.
